A 558-square-foot storefront on Virgil Avenue holds more than 100 ciders, poured by bartenders who will hand you tastes until something lands. A parrot tank hangs over the bar, and co-owner Lee Briante built the miniature town dioramas set under the street-facing seats; the room runs to three shades of blue, with wooden blinds and a wall-to-wall banquette of two-tops. There's also a Czech side-pull faucet for foamy lager.
