Old Man Bar

At the back of Hatchet Hall, behind its own entrance on Washington Boulevard, Old Man Bar keeps the lighting low and the walls covered in vintage paintings and dark wood, with leather booths lit by wall-mounted lamps. The backbar runs deep on American whiskey, built around a dedicated Old Fashioned list and rotating flights. On Sunday and Monday nights the Hatchet Hall kitchen sends out prime beef burgers until they run out, and the bar takes no reservations.
