Both bars here are underground, below 3rd Street in the Arts District. Standing Room takes walk-ups by the entrance with eight or so cocktails and a few snacks; past it, the 80-seat main room puts people in pullman booths tucked between the columns, off a list sorted by how boozy each drink is. Oysters, steak tartare and a lamb burger come out of the kitchen. This is the group's third bar, after New York and Denver, open since the end of 2019.
