Beverly Bar

Matthew and Justine Raanan, who live in the neighborhood, run this bar and dining room on North Camden, a few blocks from Rodeo Drive. Black-and-white portraits of Connery, Monroe and Presley hang on the walls. Walk-ins are welcome at the bar even when the tables are booked, and happy hour runs every afternoon from 2 to 6. The week runs on themes: martinis on Monday, tacos on Tuesday, half-price bottles of wine on Sunday.
