Good Times at Davey Wayne’s

The way in is a refrigerator door at the back of a garage on El Centro Avenue, the garage itself stacked with vintage odds and ends for sale. Twin brothers Mark and Jonnie Houston named the bar for their father and filled it with wood paneling, family photos and a corner stage where a house band plays rock covers. Out back, a repurposed trailer hands out tiki drinks and boozy sno-cones under string lights. It opened in 2014, and weekends draw a line.
