A saloon on this corner of 8th Street since 1905, it reopened under the Golden Gopher name in 2004. The room has a jukebox, old arcade cabinets, a photo booth and a pool table where the winner stays on and you put money on the lamp to call next game. Movie Monday plays on the patio, and a tattoo artist works the bar on most Thursdays. Booths go early, and bottles are sold to go.
