Thirty-two beer taps carried over from the Tap House, the Belmont Shore bar that stood here before Jack Walls and Amy Wu took the space over in 2024, now back a list of more than 450 whiskeys, scotches and bourbons. Chef Melissa Ramsay runs a small-plates menu with Californian and island influences -- ribeye with smoked gouda mac is one pairing built to go with an old fashioned. Sixteen tables and the bar hold fewer than 80 people, and the cocktail list includes a smoked Cloud Nine line.
