Chef Melissa Ramsay runs a small-plates menu with Californian and island influences -- ribeye with smoked gouda mac is one pairing built to go with an old fashioned. Sixteen tables and the bar hold fewer than 80 people, and the cocktail list includes a smoked Cloud Nine line.
