A password posted on the bar's social media that night gets you down an alley off Hollywood Boulevard and beneath an apartment building to this bar. Inside, leather booths and dark wood paneling lead back to the Valentino Room, rumored to have been Rudolph Valentino's private speakeasy in the 1920s, with its own bar and seating. A DJ works the back room most nights, spinning deep house and hip-hop for a small dance floor. The bar pours the Hollywood Park, a bourbon cocktail finished with Pop Rocks, and the High Desert, an absinthe-rinsed rye drink set on fire tableside.
