Molina opened this bar in 2011 inside a 1944 building that had housed a run-down sports bar, and the space has since grown into three separate bars, including a speakeasy called the Exhibition Room. Reaching the hidden room takes a password, sent by text ahead of a reservation, punched into an old payphone at the back of the building. The kitchen serves Latin dishes like tamarind wings and yuca with chicharrón alongside cocktails made with spirits distilled on site.
