An Art Deco mural above the crescent-shaped bar, A.R. Thomson's 'The Royal Jubilee Week,' has marked this room since it served as the Queen Mary's first-class lounge when the ship was finished in the mid-1930s. It became a dormitory when the liner served as a WWII troopship, then took on an 'Ye Olde English' theme after the ship settled in Long Beach in 1967, before a 2023 restoration returned its teak flooring and reopened the bar. Cocktails now mix period drinks like the Grasshopper with a gin-basil smash, alongside karaoke on Wednesdays and live jazz and blues on Thursdays.
