Frank ‘n Hank

Frank 'n Hank has stayed a dive bar on Western Avenue for decades, poorly lit, with its retro sign still out front and a room regulars say hasn't changed in years. Nights run on a pool table, a jukebox stocked with non-digital tracks, and cash only at the register, drawing a crowd as mixed as the neighborhood around it. Beer Belly owner Jimmy Han took over the bar in 2018, keeping its shot-and-a-beer feel rather than remodeling it into something else.
