A bar on the second floor above Escondite in Downtown LA, in the space that once held Bar 107, between Little Tokyo and Skid Row. A hostess meets guests at a keyhole-shaped doorway with nametag stickers and a Sharpie, setting up the backyard-party bit that continues at the bar, where cocktails arrive in red Solo cups. Neon signs, vintage nude paintings and a full-size lion sculpture fill out a '70s palette, backed by a retro arcade of pinball and old consoles, a disco-lit dance floor, and Gong Show karaoke on Wednesdays.
