Bar Jubilee

Four rooms make up this Sunset Strip bar: a ground-floor bar under carnival murals and clown paintings, a red-walled lounge in back, an upstairs pool lounge, and a patio out front. The eight house cocktails are each named for a carnival character, including an Old Fashioned built with popcorn syrup and fat-washed bourbon. No membership or reservation is required - it's walk-in only, with discounted drinks during the 7 to 8pm happy hour. Live jazz fills the main room every Wednesday night.
