Father's Office

This is the original location, where chef Sang Yoon bought the bar in 2000 and built the Office Burger: dry-aged beef, caramelized onions, Gruyere and Maytag blue, applewood bacon compote, and arugula on a soft roll. Yoon allows no substitutions and no additions to any dish, including no ketchup. About thirty craft beers rotate through the taps, and the bar pours beer and wine only, no liquor, in a room that still works as a neighborhood hangout.
