Between two buildings on Colorado Boulevard near the Vans and Lush stores, a hidden entrance leads down an elevator to a false wall that creaks open into owner Leo Temory's wine bar. There's no actual bar inside, just tables lit by small lamps and leather couches facing each other over a coffee table, plus a Steinway in the corner that plays itself. The shareable menu runs to charcuterie boards and snacks alongside the wine list. Seating is first-come, first-served, with last seatings between 8:30 p.m. and midnight depending on the night, and a dress code that rules out baseball caps and shorts.
