No Rose

A lobby bar at the Kimpton La Peer Hotel in West Hollywood's Design District, No Rose turns from a daytime lounge into a DJ-driven cocktail spot after dark. Naomi Schimek, previously behind the bar at the Everly's Written Hand and the Roosevelt's Spare Room, built a seasonally rotating list of cocktails and California wines, while Ladyhawk chef Charbel Hayek supplies shareable plates with Eastern Mediterranean flavors. It spills out of the hotel lobby itself, mixing hotel guests with a crowd that comes just for the room.
