A wall of small-batch and rare liquors backs the bar here, where bartenders cut giant spherical ice cubes and clarify their own syrups. Owner Brett Gallo runs the 4th Street spot with a rotating cocktail list that leans on classics like the Aviation, the Pimm's Cup and the Corpse Revival alongside seasonal specials. There's a DJ or a band most nights, plus karaoke, and the bar stays open until 2am.
