Las Perlas Mezcal Bar

The agave list runs past 450 bottles, mezcals grouped by region with a pairing suggested beside each, and drinks come garnished with hibiscus flowers or roasted chapulines. Inside the Santa Fe building at Sixth and Main, the room has been done as an Oaxacan cantina since 2010: rough wood, wrought iron, chandeliers, candlelight. Tacos, taquitos and mulitas are served on the patio daily, with Mexican beer and local drafts.
