Dodgers memorabilia and a wall of TVs fill this Chinatown storefront next to Cafe Triste, the second room for a wood-fired pizza pop-up that went permanent in Silver Lake first. Two things are made only here, a beef hot dog under Philippe's mustard and a pastrami sandwich called the Lil Tony. Otherwise it's bubbled, just-crisp dough under pepperoni and hot honey, or Italian sausage with kale and razor-thin garlic. The kitchen runs until 1am on Friday and Saturday.
