The entrance is on Flower Street, into a parking structure at Olympic - the building went up as Edward Doheny's office, and the greenhouse he had built for his wife is now the cigar patio out back. More than 200 rums stand behind the bar, poured into Rum Old Fashioneds and frozen daiquiri slushies. DJs play calypso and reggaeton on Friday and Saturday, live music and Sunday parties fill out the rest, and a thirty-dollar annual membership opens up tastings and takeovers.
