A converted doctor's office in a wood-frame house near the 101/405 interchange, with a patio that takes dogs. Burgers are hand-smashed and named: the Black n' Bleu under cajun seasoning and root beer barbecue sauce, the Fire Starter with jalapeno bottle caps and honey chipotle. Fries come house-cut, in Old Bay or garlic-parmesan, and dessert is two jumbo cookies around vanilla ice cream. Happy hour runs 3 to 6 daily, with a cheeseburger-and-a-pint deal on it.
