Wille's Tin Shop

A metal shop that ran in Long Beach and Signal Hill for over a century gave this distillery its name: after it closed, Roxanne's cocktail lounge owner Robert Molina bought the rights and brought in distiller Forest Cokely to build a distillery around it, opening inside the same building as Roxanne's. Original signage and tools from the old tin shop, including a backwards-W sign that used to be neon, are on display throughout the space. Its license doesn't allow pouring drinks on request: visitors schedule a tasting in advance, or buy a bottle of the house vodka, capped at two per person a day.
