Dead of Night Distillery

DTLA Weekly's 2021 profile called this small operation on the southern edge of the Arts District downtown's smallest distillery; founder Aaron Rokjer got there after distilling grew from a hobby among friends into a business. Its tasting room keeps weekend-only hours, Saturday and Sunday from noon to 6, and pours a lineup that runs from Eastsider and Westsider gin to aquavit and absinthe verte, most of it sold directly through the distillery's own site.
