Greenbar Distillery

Melkon Khosrovian and Litty Mathew opened Greenbar Distillery in 2004 in a converted warehouse off a secluded stretch of 8th Street in the Arts District, the first distillery in Los Angeles since Prohibition. The hour-long tour walks the distillery floor and ends with a tasting of the organic spirits made there, plus a stop in the Skybox room for a cocktail-making class. Tours run select Saturdays only, by reservation, with no walk-ins.
