The Bamboo Club

Tiki bar builder Bamboo Ben Bassham designed the interior in a style meant to look like it opened in the 1960s rather than the current decade, with tiki-hut booths built into the room for seating. The drink list runs to the classics, Singapore Slings, Mai Tais, Three Dots and a Dash, and Navy Grogs among them. A full weekend brunch rounds out the kitchen's work, with dishes like Spam eggs Benedict and French toast topped with Fruity Pebbles.
