Golden Gopher

The bottle shop built into one wall of Golden Gopher sells liquor to go under one of the few Type 21 licenses left in Los Angeles, alongside T-shirts, cigars, and bottle openers the shop manager will laser-engrave on request. Small lamps shaped like the bar's gopher mascot sit over a pool table and distressed seating from a mid-2000s restoration by owner Cedd Moses. A neon sign out front has hung since at least the 1950s, and the bar has appeared on screen in 'It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia' and in Taylor Swift's 'Delicate' video.
