A door disguised as a bookshelf inside Vitello's Restaurant leads into this Studio City speakeasy, built around the look of the 1930s. The bar runs mostly original cocktails, a Nightingale made with passionfruit puree and grapefruit-infused seltzer, a rum-based drink called That's Mr Hemingway, alongside a straightforward old fashioned, with Ella Fitzgerald, Duke Ellington, and Sinatra on the speakers. Reservations are required and capped at four people per table, and a surcharge on the bill drops for members of the venue's own club or anyone who shows up in era-appropriate dress. Business casual is the floor for everyone else.
