A hidden entrance and a password that changes regularly guard this Old Pasadena bar; getting in means emailing ahead of time to explain the occasion. Its list runs past 200 beers and roughly 40 wines by the bottle, backed by a full bar, all built around a theme drawn from Prohibition-era bars of the 1920s.
