Bar at The Hideaway

Down a level from Rodeo Drive, on the garden floor of the Rodeo Collection, this Mexican steakhouse is dressed as 1970s Baja California around a tiled patio with cabanas, wrought-iron tables, hanging plants and a four-sided fireplace. Booths have buttons for summoning tequila, and a few dishes are finished at the table. The bar keeps its own taco menu and a cantina hour, with agave cocktails like a rose-petal margarita. The kitchen starts with tuna tartare, ceviche and king crab, then moves on to whole fish and steaks up to A5 wagyu.
