At the back of a Craftsman cottage built for the Raymond Hotel's caretaker, a house that outlived the hotel itself, this dark-wood bar has high-top tables, a cushioned bench and windows screened by plants. The drinks list splits into seasonal cocktails and house classics like the Medicina Latina, tequila with lime, ginger and honey under a mezcal spray, which Marcos Tello created as one of the bar's first consultants. Happy hour, Tuesday to Friday, brings sliders, short rib tacos and corn ribs, and the Raymond also has a garden patio and a fireside terrace.
