Beside The Valorian's pool on the Sunset Strip, an open-air pavilion wrapped in ivy fills the space that was Skybar until the hotel dropped the Mondrian name in 2026. It looks across the Hollywood Hills and the downtown skyline. Afternoons mean lounge chairs, frozen piña coladas and a pool with music piped underwater, and DJs take over after dark. Cocktails carry names like Queen of Hearts and Curiouser Sangria, while the kitchen sends out aguachile, carne asada tacos, street corn and a chicken milanese torta. Saturday afternoons bring Splash Saturdays, a 21-and-over DJ party.
