Spring St. Bar

More than 250 bottles line the back bar of this small Historic Core room, most of them agave and whiskey. Alex Vaughan-Ruiz and Brandon Richard, bartenders who both spent years with Park Hospitality Group, took over the old Spring Street Bar and reopened it in 2024 as a cocktail bar lit by Edison bulbs. House drinks include Tajín-infused mezcal with cucumber, aloe and passionfruit, and vodka with housemade strawberry horchata; the Spring St Special is a can of light beer and a mezcal shot. DJs rotate through weekly, and there are industry nights for bar and restaurant staff.
