Accomplice Bar

Attached to Little Fatty, David Kuo's Taiwanese restaurant on Grand View Boulevard in Mar Vista, this cocktail bar works both ways: its drinks go out to the dining room, and the restaurant's crab rangoon with shrimp chips comes to the L-shaped bar. Kuo is a co-owner. The cocktail list changes often and leans on savory ingredients such as scallion oil and truffle honey. Happy hour runs twice a night, once early and once late, with remakes of '90s drinks like an apple martini built on pear eau de vie.
