On a once-empty stretch of the Arts District, a former print shop became this sausage hall in 2008, when Joseph Pitruzzelli and his cousin Tyler Wilson opened it as a self-declared purveyor of exotic grilled sausages. The menu runs to two dozen options split into classics, gourmet and exotics, including a rattlesnake-and-rabbit link with jalapenos, alongside Belgian fries. Everyone orders separately at a counter up front before carrying plates to a loud room where a DJ runs through the night.
