Sipan Bakery

Sipan is a small family-run Armenian bakery in a strip mall on Glenoaks Boulevard, at the far north end of Glendale near the big IKEA. Lahmajoun, the thin flatbread spread with minced meat and vegetables, is baked to order and reheats well from frozen, so people take extras home. Beoreks come stuffed with feta, spicy beef, spinach, mushroom or green olive. The menu also has mante dumplings, pizzas and lavash wraps filled with shawarma made in-house.
