Frédéric and Fabienne Soulies run this French bakery on South Olive Street, baking bread and pastry from scratch daily using a house-made levain starter. Beyond the counter, the menu extends to soups, salads, and hot sandwiches, served either at a table by the fireplace or out on the sunny patio. There's no reservation system; seating is first-come, both inside and out.
