Bread lines the Atlantic Avenue windows of this Bixby Knolls bakery, and the windows behind the counter look straight into the room where it's shaped. Chef Cameron Slaugh, who cooked at Eleven Madison Park and Osteria La Buca, bakes naturally leavened loaves and croissants and rolls pasta by hand for a breakfast and lunch menu served on the front patio. It took over the Sweet & Saucy cake shop in 2022, and that shop's custom cakes, cupcakes and macarons carry on under the Dolce by Nonna name in the same space.
