Fourteen floors above the Sunset Strip, The Roof sits in what amounts to a glass box atop the EDITION hotel, with a terrace of wooden benches, mature trees, and terra cotta planters framing the view. The kitchen runs Latin-leaning small plates: duck confit tacos finished with candied cacao nibs, a striped bass taco with morita aioli, next to a cocktail list built around mezcal and tequila. Saturday nights draw the biggest crowd and the tightest reservations; a day pass through ResortPass gets non-hotel-guests onto the pool deck on quieter afternoons.
