Harriet's Rooftop

Nine floors up at the 1 Hotel in West Hollywood, Harriet's serves an Asian-inspired menu of sushi and shared plates on a rooftop lined with burgundy awnings and green-and-white striped seating. Happy hour runs Tuesday through Thursday; later in the night the room shifts toward DJs and bottle service. Brunch service draws a different, more relaxed crowd than the club-like dinner scene.
