San Diego Parasail Adventures

Off the stern of the boat in Quivira Basin in Mission Bay, San Diego Parasail Adventures runs two flight options: a Cloudhopper ride to 600 feet for six to eight minutes in the air, or a SkyRider climb to 800 feet for eight to ten minutes. Either way the full outing, including the boat ride out and the tow back in, runs about an hour and fifteen minutes. Riders are reeled out slowly from a flight deck rather than jumping off the boat, with up to three people able to go up together, and Coast Guard-licensed captains have run the operation for more than 25 years.
