Quicksand Escape Games

Greg and Jenny Sanders opened Quicksand Escape Games on the second floor of a building on Garnet Avenue in 2016, after their own trip built around escape games elsewhere. Four rooms rotate through the schedule now: a 1920s speakeasy backroom, a 1950s diner heist, a 1970s Chinatown investigation set during a Chinese New Year parade, and a hunt through a cabin for a rare Nintendo cartridge. Each locks in two to eight players for 60 minutes, and USA Today ranked the room the seventh-best escape room in the country.
