3rd Corner Wine Shop & Bistro

Right across the street from BO-beau in Ocean Beach, the 3rd Corner runs as both a retail wine shop and a bistro, with roughly 1,000 bottles on the shop shelves available to open and drink at the table for a corkage fee. The kitchen keeps a changing daily soup alongside a standing creamy wild mushroom version, a house salad of mixed greens, olives and shaved parmesan, and sandwiches like grilled chicken with boursin and sun-dried tomato tapenade. Mussels arrive steamed in white wine and garlic, with a side of fries that the kitchen sometimes piles directly on top of the shells.
