A dinner cruise on San Diego Bay traces back to the Star & Crescent Boat Company, founded in 1915 and later bought by the Engel family in 1986. Today the nightly boat leaves the Embarcadero for a three-course dinner served in courses as the yacht loops the harbor, passing under the Coronado Bay Bridge before an onboard DJ takes over. Dancing follows under low lights, and the boat ties back up two and a half hours after it left.
