Bar Bayeux

A narrow room on Nostrand Avenue holds dark red walls, lush curtains and a long wooden bar running back to a dedicated stage. Live jazz plays most nights, including a Tuesday jam session that draws musicians in to sit in on sets. The bar pours natural wine and craft beer alongside a cocktail list, with limited snacks rather than a full kitchen. Seating wraps tightly around the performance area, so a full house means standing close to whoever's playing.
