Quarter Sheets Pizza Club

Aaron Lindell and Hannah Ziskin started Quarter Sheets as a pandemic pop-up out of their Glendale house, Aaron making pan-style pizzas and Hannah baking cakes, before opening a permanent room in Echo Park in January 2022. The crust runs thick and focaccia-like, closer to Detroit style than anything else, with burnt cheese at the edges and a menu of slices and whole pies that rotates through the week. Reservations came in early 2024; walk-ins are still seated, sometimes after an hour's wait. Hannah's princess cake, a Swedish sponge she grew up eating every birthday, is the dessert most people order.
