Jenee Kim opened this Korean barbecue restaurant in a South Vermont strip mall in 2003, after three months in Seoul learning the recipes of the restaurant it's named for. Meat goes on the grill at your table: marinated galbi, ribeye, pork belly, beef tongue, and a separate list of American wagyu cuts. The numbered combination platters bundle several cuts with banchan. Away from the grill there's Korean beef tartare, short rib soup, and rice in a hot stone pot.
