Meet in Paris French Bistro

Mussels get their own box on the menu at this French bistro in downtown Culver City: four moules frites, one in lobster bisque, and on Wednesday nights an all-you-can-eat deal adds about a dozen more, among them Roquefort, curry and pad Thai. Otherwise it's onion soup, escargot, duck confit and steak frites. A jazz band plays on Thursday evenings, which is also the night there's no corkage fee. Tables sit inside or out on the Culver Boulevard sidewalk beside heat lamps, and walk-ins are taken, though booking ahead is recommended.
