Brick walkways lined with furniture showrooms run through the old Helms Bakery building to this branch of Sang Yoon's gastropub. It's bigger than the Santa Monica original, with communal tables and a large patio, but the rules are the same: 21 and over, order at the bar, no ketchup and no changes to anything. Couples walk in, so one of you holds a table while the other orders; bookings are only for groups of six to twelve. The 36 taps rotate with the seasons and are grouped by taste, and the Office Burger comes with caramelized onion, bacon, Gruyère, Maytag blue and arugula.
