Up on the Huntley Hotel's 18th floor, the west windows face the Pacific and the east side takes in the city's lights after dark. The dining room is white under chandeliers. Cabanas can be booked with a four-course tasting menu, and oysters, seafood towers and crispy rice share the dinner menu with dry-aged steaks and Australian wagyu. The bar and lounge don't take reservations, so a drink there at sunset needs no booking, and there's live jazz on Thursday evenings.
