Jose and Miriam started this as a family bakery on Washington Boulevard and grew it into a Peruvian restaurant named for their son, and it still sells its own baguettes, sourdough and olive loaves. The kitchen leans on seafood: several ceviches in aji amarillo leche de tigre, oysters with rocoto sauce, a seafood rice with lobster and spot prawns. There's also lomo saltado made with filet mignon. The drinks list runs to chicha morada, Inka Kola and passion-fruit juice.
